What this site saves

Your Discord handle, email address, payment claim and review status, your selected payment route and public wallet address when you choose wallet payment, and any trader-profile answers you choose to provide. Profile answers are optional.

Monthly renewal payments

For an existing monthly-plan member, renewal claims record the installment, network, token, transaction hash, receiving address and review state without replacing first-payment history. Only owner verification records a paid Month 2 entitlement. A submitted hash is not payment approval. From 10 November 2026 at 00:00 South African time, monthly-plan website course access requires an owner-verified Month 2 payment. Complimentary and one-time enrolments keep their existing terms. Sign-in, your own questionnaire profile and the renewal page remain available. No account, payment history or course work is deleted. Discord membership is managed separately.

Complimentary enrolment

Complimentary requests record your verified Discord account and request date. Approval records the approving owner, reason and date in private review history. No payment transaction is created. Course access still follows the existing publication gates.

Why it is saved

To manage course enrollment, verify payments, provide individual profile access and support course discussion. Answers are not used to diagnose you, make automated financial decisions or guarantee results.

Who can see it

The course owner can review registrations and profiles. Each individual profile is protected by a private access link and session. Payment claims and profile answers are not publicly listed. Site hosting and storage are provided through OpenAI Sites infrastructure. Wallet payments use an order-specific reference or wallet-ownership signature and a read-only payment reader hosted on Cloudflare. Helius supplies Solana network data; the configured Alchemy provider supplies Ethereum network data. Only public wallet and transaction details are sent to these network providers. A wallet-ownership signature links a wallet to your registration and does not itself transfer funds or grant token-spending permission. The reader applies temporary anti-abuse limits and caches only public payment evidence. Your email, Discord handle and questionnaire answers are not placed on the blockchain or sent to that provider.

Trader login

If you choose Discord sign-in, we use your Discord user ID and username to link and recover your own registration. We request only your basic Discord identity, without email, messages, server membership or bot access. Signing in does not approve a payment or change your course access.

Your profile access

After approval, open your profile from the signup page in the same browser. Your registration and profile are protected by private sessions. If you use an individual access link, keep it private: links expire after 7 days and can be used once. Profile sessions last up to 30 days. The course owner can revoke or replace access. These limits concern access, not deletion of your answers.

Weekly reflections

When weekly reflections open, your saved drafts, submitted revisions, structured evidence and derived profile use the same 12-calendar-month period from your original signup. After expiry, that content is unavailable and is erased from active application storage on access or owner cleanup. Completion dates are kept so earned progress is preserved. There is no unattended cleanup job, and hosting-backup deletion timing is not verified. This policy does not set a retention period for separate lesson notes.

Practice resource opens

When you open an external practice resource, we save your course student ID, the resource ID and the time opened. The instructor sees total opens, unique-student counts, your first retained authenticated practice-open time and your tracked practice days. Your first open starts a personal 90-calendar-day window, using Africa/Johannesburg dates; repeat opens on the same date count once. Historical starts are derived from existing retained opens, without inventing earlier activity. An open is not evidence that you watched or completed an exercise. These events and first-open metadata use the same 12-calendar-month period from your original signup; expired events are excluded from statistics and deleted during existing retention cleanup. Resource access can continue after that period without new click records. No separate analytics provider is used. YouTube receives the normal request to open its video, without your course student ID or a referrer from this site.

Module 1 shared starting point

Module 1 Exercises and Journey share one private set of starting-point answers, editable from either page. Each save retains the question wording and a versioned history. Earlier exercise answers and reflections remain under their original questions; they are not automatically copied into revised questions. This Module 1 collection is separate from broader weekly reflections, course completion and practice-open tracking. Your instructor can review it. The same 12-calendar-month retention period from your original signup applies; expired answers are unavailable and removed during existing retention cleanup.

Module 2 shared orientation

When Module 2 is published, Exercises, Journey and Profile share one private orientation record: your full Goals list, separate Values, chosen identity, behavioural standards and rules, developmental gap and first practice commitment. Each save preserves the question wording and version history. Earlier questionnaire answers and reflections retain their original wording. Saving does not mark work complete. The same 12-calendar-month retention period from your original signup applies; expired answers are unavailable and removed during existing retention cleanup.

Exercise and homework reports

For configured published work, you can explicitly report exercises or homework complete or not complete. Your instructor can see that report, its module revision and its timestamp alongside existing session completion, saved work and reflection submissions. A saved answer or practice open is never treated as an explicit work-completion report. These reports use the same 12-calendar-month signup retention period as your reflection content and do not automatically unlock another module.

Anonymous feedback

Approved course members can send feedback privately to the course owner. Feedback records contain only the message, a random submission reference and the UTC date. We do not attach your name, email, account ID, IP address or browser details, and do not create an account-linked feedback audit event. Signing in is still required to prevent public submissions. Hosting infrastructure may process or log requests, so this is not a guarantee of complete untraceability. Your words may identify you; avoid including personal details. Feedback has no automatic deletion period.

Free weekly workshop signup

The workshop form saves your name, email and consent version in this Site’s private database for free workshop signup and related session details only. It does not enrol you in a paid course, grant member access or subscribe you to unrelated marketing. A transactional confirmation is designed for this signup. Email sending is not connected yet. The form confirms that your details are saved; it does not confirm email delivery. Your request remains saved if email is unavailable. Repeated submissions of the same email do not create another signup or replace the original details. To request removal or correction, email alphathetatrading@gmail.com. Workshop details are retained until removal is requested or the workshop list is retired; there is no automatic deletion schedule.

Free consultation requests

The consultation form saves your name, email, message, consent version and request time in the private Site database so the owner can review and respond. A request is not a booked appointment or a paid course registration. Identical requests are deduplicated. The owner alone can review workshop and consultation leads. Email confirmation status is saved separately; provider acceptance would not prove delivery. There is no marketing subscription or automatic deletion schedule. Contact the support address below for correction or removal.

Questions or deletion requests

Access to questionnaire answers expires 12 calendar months after signup. Expired answers are deleted when the profile is accessed or the owner runs retention cleanup. Unattended cleanup is not yet active. The date is based on the signup time in UTC; a leap-day anniversary falls on February 28 in the following year.
